Information we collect
When you contact us, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide. When you place an order, we collect the information needed to create and deliver your artwork, including your design selections and order details. Payment and shipping information is collected during Stripe Checkout. Stripe processes payment-card information; we do not receive or store your complete card number.
Design and device information
We process the state, hometown, recipient name, marker, colors, typography, size, and other selections used to create your artwork. The in-progress design may be stored temporarily in your browser session. Our service and security providers may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device details, request logs, and timestamps.
How we use information
We use your information to answer inquiries, process and fulfill orders, deliver digital files or mailed prints, provide customer support, prevent abuse, and maintain the security and operation of the site.
Service providers
We share information only as needed with providers that help operate the site and fulfill your requests, including Cloudflare for hosting and security, Stripe for payment processing, Resend for transactional email, and Geoapify for hometown search suggestions. These providers process information under their own privacy terms.
When we disclose information
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce our agreements, protect customers or the service, investigate fraud or security incidents, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of business assets. We do not sell personal information for money.
Cloudflare Turnstile
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish people from automated traffic and protect our forms from abuse. Turnstile may process security signals such as your IP address, browser and device information, and the website origin for bot detection and prevention. Children
The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information to us.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, keep required business records, resolve disputes, and protect the site. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of internet transmission or storage is completely secure.
