Who we are

Pin & Place is a brand operated by Adroit Aerials, LLC, a Florida limited liability company. In these terms, “Pin & Place,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Adroit Aerials, LLC. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below. If you do not agree, do not use the site or complete a purchase.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and able to enter into a binding agreement. You may not interfere with the site, attempt to bypass security or payment controls, scrape or resell site content, introduce malicious code, or use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing purposes.

Personalized orders

• You are responsible for reviewing names, places, spelling, selections, layout, and the on-screen preview before purchase.
• Screen colors and physical print colors can vary because of display, paper, ink, printer, and lighting differences.
• We may reject or cancel content or orders that are unlawful, hateful, threatening, deceptive, infringing, or technically unsuitable.
• If we cancel an order before fulfillment, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled portion.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. The final amount, including selected upgrades and any applicable charges, is displayed before payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize us and Stripe to charge the payment method you provide for the confirmed order.

Digital artwork license

After full payment, we grant the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the delivered artwork for personal, non-commercial display and personal gifting. You may print reasonable copies for those purposes. You may not sell, sublicense, distribute, publish as stock content, claim authorship of, or use the artwork or site assets to create competing products. The purchase does not transfer ownership of our templates, software, designs, graphics, or other intellectual property.

Schools and other organizations

Pin & Place is independent and is not sponsored by, endorsed by, or affiliated with any college, university, athletic conference, Greek organization, or other institution unless expressly stated. Names and color references are used descriptively. All third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Fulfillment, refunds, and privacy

Our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Refund & Return Policy, and Privacy Policy are incorporated into these terms.

Service availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue site features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties not expressly stated in these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pin & Place and Adroit Aerials, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the site or an order. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law and do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to consumer rights that require otherwise, disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Sarasota County, Florida. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it.
